We can’t wait for your pup to get their paws on our treats! Whether you’re stocking up on our calming anti-anxiety treats or our everyday wellness goodies, here’s everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
Processing & Shipping Schedule
All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders placed Monday to Thursday are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it right to your dog’s bowl.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
Free Shipping Over $80
Enjoy FREE shipping on all Canadian orders over $80 (before taxes). No code needed - just fill your cart and we’ll take care of the rest!
Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship only within Canada. We’re focused on delivering fresh, high-quality treats safely to Canadian pups and do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays & Issues
While we do our best to deliver your dog’s treats as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information. If your order appears delayed or lost, please reach out—we’re always happy to help.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. A phone number is required for all orders to help ensure smooth delivery. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
