What’s the difference between Chillax and No Worries?

No Worries will make a dog sleepy, without feeling drugged. Chillax is non-sedating, so dogs can still play, eat, and go about their day while anxiety eases. It helps quiet distractions and supports reactive or rescue dogs as they learn the world is safe.

Can my dog overdose on these?

No. These treats are herbal and non-toxic, so there is no risk of overdose. Give the full dose based on your dog’s weight. If they’re still anxious after 20–30 minutes, you can give more.

I don’t think they’re working. What should I do?

If you find yourself thinking, “I don’t think it’s working,” that usually means your dog needs a higher dose. Anxiety levels and triggers can vary day to day, so dosing may change depending on the situation. It’s about meeting your dog where they are—and remember, they cannot overdose.

My dog gets carsick. Will No Worries help?

For car sickness, give a full dose 45–60 minutes before travel to allow time for digestion and effect. You can give more if needed. If your dog’s car sickness is caused by anxiety, No Worries will help. If it’s due to motion sickness, they may not.

My dog has allergies. Will this help?

Yes. Chaga is the second highest antioxidant in the world. It helps rebuild receptors in the body that fight allergies and cancer. Even if the trigger is unknown or unavoidable (such as seasonal allergies), Chaga supports your dog from the inside.

Is there special dosing when treating an ailment with Chaga?

Yes. Chaga needs time to build up in the system - about two weeks. For the first two weeks, you can start with a double dose to jump-start the process. After that, you can reduce to a maintenance dose or continue with a double dose for severe allergies.

TREATS & STORAGE

How many treats are in a bag?

Each bag contains 100 grams. Because cracker sizes vary slightly, each bag includes approximately 27–29 treats.

How should I store the treats?

Store in a cool, dark place. For longer freshness, refrigerate them. You can also freeze and thaw as needed for fresh, tail-wagging goodness.

What is the shelf life of the treats?

Our treats last about 6 months. Because they’re all-natural, moisture can occasionally cause mold. If this happens, please take a photo and send it to us along with the package date from the back of the bag so we can track the batch and make it right.

Where are your treats made?

All treats are made in Milton, Ontario, in a commercial kitchen that follows strict quality standards. Locally made with love.

What if my dog won’t take them?

Try breaking the treat in half, pairing it with something your dog loves, or mixing it into their food. The key is getting the full dose - it works.

Can I return treats if my dog doesn’t like them?

Because treats are perishable, we don’t accept returns. However, we’re always happy to help with any quality concerns - just reach out with your order details.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Yes! We offer free local pickup in Milton. Please coordinate a pickup time with us in advance. When ordering online, simply select the pickup option.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Orders placed Monday–Thursday: processed within 1–3 business days

Orders placed Friday or over the weekend: processed and shipped the following Monday
